Wagyu Norfolk Banquet

From grain farmer to maltster to brewer to cattle farmer to cow to butcher to chef to your table! Our Wagyu Banquet is a baton passing season finale you won’t want to miss.*

*unless vegan or veg – sorry but come to Chim Chim at Tap Days – we got you there.

Being rural the crowds here for summer Tap Days drop off in winter. Brewery Banquets are monthly condensed events to keep the locals and odd straying tourist happy! Good food, good beer and good times.

Summer Tap Days are fast approaching it’s time for the last couple of Banquets with Spanish Paella (6 April) and Norfolk Wagyu (4+5 May) Banquets to enjoy.

Delivering a true farm-to-fork and field-to-glass dining experience has long been a dream of ours and at this Norfolk Banquet we are celebrating all we love about local food made slowly and collaboratively with sustainable principles, provenance and full transparency. 100% focused on quality and the premium experience you have come to expect from Duration.

As a farmhouse brewer we made it our business to personally know and connect the grain farmer, maltster, cattle farmer, butcher, chef and vintner, cider maker and gin distiller and of course the brewer delivering this Norfolk Banquet.

Fanny Adams who developed the original banquet concept with us in 2021 is moving on to be the full time resident chef at The George & Dragon (just up the road and a must visit kind of place) so it’s time to pass the banquet baton on to Matthew Owsley Brown another great Norfolk chef!

Fanny Adams last Banquet is on 6 April – Spanish Paella no less. And then on May 4 & 5 Matthew will be giving you a taste of next season of banquets with an all Norfolk Wagyu Banquet.

Paella Banquet Sat 6 April – Lunch 1pm, Dinner 5pm £30 includes all food and 2 drinks

Wagyu Banquet Sat 4 May  5pm & Sun 5 May 1pm, £45. A very special field-to-fork and farm-to-glass taster menu. Enjoy 4 dishes of locally reared wagyu raised on Duration’s own brewing grains topped off with a dessert for £45.

Plus on 4th & 5th May you can meet the farmer Sarah who raised the cattle not only on our grains, but meadow grasses and local flowers. Come eat, drink and learn about all that goes into making your meal from the produces that craft the table offering. Tickets on sale HERE
