Bates made his ode to Orval in a bretted pale with one of London’s most respected Bermondsey Beer Mile breweries – Brew By Numbers, where our Head Brewer Bates worked for 2yrs before leaving with fond farewell to set up Duration Brewing. Bitter, floral and dry fermented with both English ale yeast and brettanomyces clauseni. Showcasing more fruity and floral aromas when drank fresh; slowly developing a classic brettanomyces farmhouse characteristic as it ages.
