Many months ago we pulled up sticks to move to the countryside always in our minds eye developing a house pale that blended a light and crisp malt profile with noble hop aroma and a funky yeast profile. Time and yeast have provided their magic into producing this unctuous, dry, fruity and delicately hopped Farmhouse Pale. Cause you ain’t living unless you “Bet the Farm”.
