When we got together with London’s Two Tribes for a true experimental collaboration we wanted to use local agricultural produce in place of hops. Nurtured in Norfolk is a micro vegetable and edible flowers nursery close to our Norfolk brewery. For this pale ale we used pineapple sage and citrus geranium leaves. The aroma and flavour are floral, nutmeg and clove, slight pepper, orange blossom and candied lemon. Can U Dig It?
