Teaming up with our dear friends at Newbarns for our first Altbier – I Knew We’d Get Here – is akin to a Kölsch, being an ale that is brewed like a lager. A richer, darker grain bill gives a bright amber hue in this clean, crisp-bodied beer. The rye brings a peppery note that compliments a low hop-lingering finish. An ideal beer to pull us out of winter ready to look ahead to spring.
