During a US trip to visit our brewer Bates home state South Carolina, we hopped over the border to North Carolina – Ashville to brew with Zillacoah. Our collab was a mixed ferment gose that we brought over East Anglian ‘Maldon Salts’ to use in our farmhouse twist on the German classic.
