Pression
Pression is a fruit forward IPA brewed in collaboration with good pals Verdant using local dessert and cider apples from Drove Orchards. Rich mouthfeel, dry and crisp with a pop of fruitiness from the apples and hops.
Pression is our riff on If We Must an ongoing grape pomace collab between ourselves and Verdant. Using local dessert and cider apples from Drove Orchards adding body and a tannic dry note complimented by fruit filled dry hop of Azacca, Cashmere, Huell Melon, Loral, Mosaic Cryo, Vic Secret. Enjoy the best of both with worlds of a beer and a sweeter style cider.
