We returned to Southampton to brew another beer with Unity, this time joined by London’s bright spark Boxcar. A Farmhouse IPA collab where hops meet funk in a lightly soured IPA liberally hopped beer with Styrian Wolf and Dragon. We named the beer The Ground Up as that’s how all three in this trio are building their breweries.
