With BOXCAR we often discuss the New England IPA in terms of water profile and exploration of hop use to accentuate yeast esters. We dry hopped with Citra Cryo in active fermentation to bring enhanced mango, peach and candy from the hop/yeast interplay. Backed up with Motueka and El Dorado for tropical notes and lemon and lime citrus to find new Ways of Being.
