The good souls at Birds Fly South in Greenville, South Carolina invited us make a friendship beer with them in the holidays. We were in awe of their farmhouse brewery, full of delightful tanks and barrels and a warm and inviting tap room. We made a mixed ferment lager together that was transferred into barrels. We can’t wait to taste the results.
