We are over the moon to see our dear friends Lucy and Dan aka Mabel Bakery scoop the Positive Impact in the Community Award at the 20256 EDP Norfolk Business Awards sponsored by Duration Brewing! And much deserved an award winner too. These guys not only make delicious bread they are working hard to put Downham Market firmly on the map with so many great initiatives. They run raffles for great causes, cocktail meet and greet nights called Mabel Lates, they gathers over 30 makers to form a market in the town square and are a big part of the light turn on, they run litter pick up initiatives and have galvanised the local community to arms in many ways while providing us all with delicious bread + bakes!

Rosie and Miranda made it along to the awards and enjoyed a delicious meal by Origins Catering as the ceremony was compered by comedian Ed Byrne. They supped on wine by The Chestnut Group and a few cans of Cuttin Grass from yours truely!
