Duration Brewing is a multi-award-winning progressive farmhouse brewery in West Norfolk. We make quality-focused fresh beers and wild ales that are brewed from nature with purpose from our high-end custom built brewhouse in rural Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. A rare opportunity has come up to join our small but mighty team.

Over the past few years demand has grown significantly on our core brands and we have recently expanded production. We are ready to take on our first ever brewing apprentice!

If you have a passion for brewing and want to be in the thick of the action on the brewery floor learning what it takes to become a brewer from cellar checks, to keg filling, centrifuging to running the brew and even recipe creation, then step this way!

This is one of those rare positions where no commercial brewing experience is needed and no formal training is required to apply. This also means competition will be strong and you will need a genuine interest and passion for beer and beer making and a can do roll-up your sleeves attitude. Practical, happy working on your feet most of the day you will be able to relish physically demanding work.

You will also need a lot of focus under pressure and a keen attention to detail to work and learn with confidence as we train you over 18months to learn all aspects of the brew process. A great opportunity for a bright career in brewing for the right candidate.

Our beers are enjoyed at our Brewery Taproom and by beer lovers in country pubs, specialist beer bars, and at festivals and events across the UK. We have been steadily expanding at the brewery and growing operations each year and 2026 is set to be a great year for us.
