Duration Brewing is a multi-award-winning progressive farmhouse brewery in West Norfolk. We make quality-focused fresh beers and wild ales that are brewed from nature with purpose from our high-end custom built brewhouse in rural Kings Lynn, West Norfolk. A rare opportunity has come up to join our small but mighty team.

Over the past few years demand has grown significantly on our core brands and we about to expand production. This means we are on the look out for a hard working team player to join us as a warehouse and packaging operative. If you love operating a forklift and are keen to help us get all our weekly orders out the door in box or on pallet step this way.

If you have a fascination with organising inventory look no future, as the job is half warehouse support and half packaging our products into can and keg. If you want to be in the thick of the action on the brewery floor filling kegs and working our high pressured canning line (ours is a 3 head Codi filler) we may just have your dream job.

This is an entry level position where 2 years experience in a similar role and a forklift license is preferable but a can do role up your sleeves attitude will also go a long way. You will need to be practical, happy working on you feet most of the day and relish physically demanding work (able to lift 72kg kegs).

You will also need alot of focus under pressure and a keen attention to detail to work with confidence overseeing our inventory system, speaking with couriers and picking orders. Full training A great opportunity to get in on the ground floor for the right candidate.

Our beers are enjoyed at our Brewery Taproom and by beer lovers in country pubs, specialist beer bars, and at festivals and events across the UK. We have been steadily expanding at the brewery and growing operations each year and 2026 is set to be a great year for us.
