CAFE BEERMOTH TAP TAKEOVER & MEET THE BREWER
FRI 3 NOV
WHERE
Café Beermoth, Brown St, Manchester M2 1DA
We have visited some of the beer worlds most exciting and varied Tap Take Overs over the years at Cafe Beer Moth in Manchester. This year we were thrilled to be asked to put our own Duration beer line up on at this absolute stalwart of a craft beer venue.
We decided where better to showcase our recent entry into cask beer then here – so we”ve worked hard to have no less than 7 different casks to share. These have been selling out fast so it will be hard to find this many on in one place – Mostly sessionable pales and an IPA and Stout in the mix.
We also have put together a line up of 10 different kegs including a few from our core and seasonal ranges and a couple of specials including our one off 400th brew Depth of Field.
The keg lists has range spanning from hoppy pales and IPAs to stouts, lagers, a table pale and 3 super special mixed fermentation beers so if you’;d like to try an entirely spontaneous fermented beer brewed with legends Burning Sky or a very rare 19 month barrel aged Imperial Stout that drinks like a hybrid Flanders Red and a Port step this way.
Our head brewer Bates only accepts a few invitations to public events a year. This one must have tickled as fancy and Bates will be heading to Manchester for this Tap Take Over and Meet The Brewer. He will be perched up at the bar happy to answer any Q&A or simply chew the cud over a beer.
Come say hello, have an informal chat over a beer and learn a little more about our modern farmhouse in West Norfolk. Learn where we creating both fresh beer, as well as wild and blended farmhouse ales and how we are influenced by our locations natural surroundings with our ‘field-to-glass’ approach to beer making.
Tap Take Over Pours
This is by far our biggest and most varied tap take over to date and a rare opportunity to meet our very own head brewer Bates who seldom does public appearances!
Spanning fresh pales and IPA’s, stouts, lagers, rustic farmhouse styles and a medley of beers on cask!
