Kill The Cat – London – Free Tasting

We love Kill The Cat in Brick Lane so when they wanted us to do a free tasting, we jumped on it like a cat on a hot tin roof! It get’s busy so get there early! Below is the venue write up. Thanks guys!

Looking at Duration’s amazing list of collab beers you’d be forgiven for thinking they’d been around for ages. Cloudwater, Amundsen, Verdant, Left Handed Giant, Burning Sky, Deya, Unity & Gipsy Hill don’t just work with anyone after all. You might imagine them toiling away for years, slowly building their craft & the kind of reputation required to get admiring glances and eventual invitations for from these UK luminaries.

But Duration are different. Very different. They have no brewery (though they’re working on remedying that in a rather special way) their beers aren’t available in any bottle shops or bars – in fact they’ve never released a beer anywhere!

Confused? Wait until you meet them. Husband and wife team Miranda (business, logistics and marketing) and Bates (Brewer, Ex Head Brewer at Brew By Numbers) are a force of nature and we are over the moon to announce we’ll be hosting both of them as part of their first can launch. ‘Turtles all the way down’ & ‘Meet the Farm’ an American & Straight up Pale Ale will be pouring on tap and on shelf at The Cat with limited free tasters available. It’s first come, first serve and the team will be there to answer your questions, share their beers and no doubt blush under your fawning praise.

It’s going to be a helluva night…..
