MEET THE BREWER
London we are coming for you. We’re splashing over the taps at Ghost Whale Putney to launch our newest mixed ferm release. A collab with Burning Sky no less. Come meet the team for a relaxed evening learning about how we make our Beers That Belong and drinking some great beer.
Our founders Bates and Miranda will be propping up the bar ready to talk about all things Duration, beer and eveything in between. Come down and say hey!
They will be bringing along four fresh beers, along with our Fermata Friends new mixed fermentation collaboration with Burning Sky that is a pure spontaneous fermentation (no yeast pitched) that was barrel aged for a year ahead of blending with a saison and the addition of grapefruit and peppercorns. A sherbet fountain of a beer that is balance, tart and dry with notes of ripe plum and bright clementine.
