Collaboration are often born out of good friendships. Jimmy Bates and Sam the three head brewers at Unity, Duration and Boxcar have become firm friends, supporting and spurring each other on, sharing recipe tips and brewing woes while setting up their respective breweries. You may remember their first collab last year a sour IPA called the Ground Up, well their back on another three-way recipe out soon.

This informal MTB will have beers from each brewery and you’ll find them all propping up the bar after their brew day, probably getting far too technical about water profiles, yeast character or malt bills.

Finish the week with a delicious drop each brewery and see how many times you can get Sam to say dreamy!
