Tap Days is our weekend Taproom open with beer + street food on every Sat 12-8pm and Sun 12-6pm. The brewery shop is open year round for takeouts Mon-Fri 9-5 and during Tap Days.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A friendly, relaxed family atmosphere in our barrel store and courtyard with a rotation of 6 deliciously fresh beers pouring on tap, plenty more from the fridges and a changing line up of local street food.

We also serve cider, wine, coffee, fizz, cocktails and softs, we also have alcohol free drinks. Sweet and savory snacks too. Everyone is welcome, we have a few lawn and board games we are dog + family friendly and fully wheelchair accessible. Booking isn't necessary but you may wish to book an inside table. We don't take outside bookings.

ANY TOURS?

Yes, our tours are at noon on first Saturday of every month relaxed, informal and educational. Start in the brewhouse, learn how we brew using local ingredients pouring the regions rich bounty into every glass, and finish in the taproom with a flight of beers for a tutored tasting through 4 of our freshest releases.

Leave with a keepsake glass and 10% off in the shop - or stay for some more pints and street food in the taproom!

LOCATION

Our brewery and taproom are at Abbey Farm in West Acre. We've a big courtyard and green and plenty of parking. A few lawn games and very family and dog friendly. The brewhouse is in our vast stone barn where the tours happen, while the taproom is in the barrel store in the smaller black barn next door, where the drinking happens!

Our small village is wonderfully rural with an Anglo Saxon Church, village playground and some great local walks. Also in the village all 5 mins on foot away are The Stag our village pub (you can overnight in you campervan), West Acre Theatre + Cinema, West Acre Art Gallery and Routier Cookery School. Then Apple Cafe is 5 mins by car set in a beautiful walled garden centre with plants to purchase and Anthony Gormley Sculptures on display!

SPECIAL EVENTS?

Oh yes, Oktoberfest is a 3 day spectacular with band, marquee and lots of games food and beer at the end of September each year. We have a charity auction and it's a hoot with family daytime sessions. Then over Thanksgiving (4th weekend in Nov) we celebrate our breweries birthday with a big old event then.
